Lakoya Pittman is an HR and Legal compliance professional with over 10 years of experience. Lakoya has spent several years working with Legal, Risk Management, and HR compliance teams in the public and private sectors, including two Fortune 500 companies.

As an investigator, Lakoya frequently conducts impartial investigations involving complex issues, including claims of sexual harassment, hostile work environment, racial discrimination, and retaliation.

She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law and her BA from Hampton University.  

In her free time, Lakoya loves spending time with her family, walking with her dog, and reading.
